Nesta Elphege
Sustains thigh issue
Elphege suffered a low-grade left thigh strain, Parma announced.
Analysis: Elphege will skip the season finale against Sassuolo, but the injury is minor and won't ruin his summer. He has shown some interesting flashes late in the season, scoring twice, assisting once, and adding six shots (three on target) and four chances created in nine showings (two starts). Mateo Pellegrino, Gabriel Strefezza, Pontus Almqvist and Daniel Mikolajewski will likely all get minutes in the last game.
Subs in and out against Como

Analysis: Elphege relieved Gabriel Strefezza early in the second half but was unable to complete the game because of some muscular discomfort and will have to be assessed ahead of the season finale versus Sassuolo. Daniel Mikolajewski and Pontus Almqvist are the next man up at the position.
Nets goal again
Elphege scored one goal to go with one shot (one on goal) and one chance created in Saturday's 1-0 victory over Pisa.
Analysis: Elphege recorded another goal for a second in a row, having come off the bench those two times. He's been limited since March, playing a total of 163 minutes through five games, scoring twice wuth an assist with two shots on target and two chances created in that span.
First Serie A goal

Analysis: Elphege's second half strike Saturday proved decisive as Parma earned a narrow 1-0 road victory over Udinese. The striker's clinical finish marked just his second shot attempt across five appearances (one start). If Mateo Pellegrino is expected to miss time due to injury, expect Elphege to earn receive additional opportunities.
